On my old Dell XP, the Passport worked fine. When I got a new Dell XP, it took the Passport to “My Computer” flawlessly and I transferred the saved info to the new computer. However, i cannot get to Home screen now. …or any screen. Suggestions?
Are you referring to the Smartware Home Screen?
