Hello, Ive had my passport drive for a few years, recently it stopped connecting. I used a friends cord from their passport and I had no issues. I’ve purchased a new cord and im still not able to connect. I do have power to the device. The green light is on. When I click on the icon to open the drive it states that there is no USB connection. My iOS is up to date. Any ideas what could be going wrong?
