Passport for Mac inaccessible

Hi,

I have a Passport for mac 1tb external hard drive with all of my files on. I’m not sure why or how but I can’t access the content, if I click on the drive I get the " insufficient privileges access the drive" (the icon has a silver lock on it)

From my Mac I can check the info, the permissions are set to custom, if I try to change to read/write they just change back to custom.

If I link the hard drive to my boxee I can access the content. Any ideas?

Did you set any password protection on the drive?

Have you tried using the drive on a different computer?
