My passport doesn’t work. I was running a backup on my computer, walked away for a minute and my nephew started punching buttons on keyboard. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drives but before it gets started, it says that it has stopped working. Any ideas?
You may try from a different computer, and using another USB cable, shorter than 18 inches. If issue persists you may contact WD for a replacement.
