PASSPORT drive from 2010 - USB damaged- how do I get files off drive

I have a WD passport(from 2010) 1TB drive with filled with photos that has sat for years. USB port damged. I removed the drive but upon hooking it up to another computer I am unable to access the data. What can I do. I see that it was attached to a cicuit board and assume that it is encrypted or secured by WD. The drive holds almost 951 GB. Is there an emulator or another board I can get so that I get my photos off my drive.

You can contact nearest data recovery companies to get data back or also you may use 3rd party data recovery software.
