Passport does not sync with PC

I accidentally erased all the things that came with my Passport, I’ve downloaded what I think I might have lost. The problem is that what I save on my PC does not with my Passport. In the manual it states that it does it automatically. Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to install Smartware before you can start doing the automatic backup. Check the link below for the steps.
