Hi everyone i have a passport 4tb hard drive connected to a nvidea shield pro via USB if I record a program to the hard drive of my nvidea it records ok, if I select my external hard drive it does not record does anyone have an idea why
You probably have to format your drive to a specific format so Shield recognizes it. By doing that you will have to backup all your data first. Format using shield assistant and then copy your files back to passport.
I could be wrong because I don’t have any of those, just a guess.
