Passport 3TB Ultra Stopped Working

I have run WD Drive Utilities. It reports both Quick Drive Test and Complete Drive Test Failed. Now what? I purchased the drive on Amazon.ca and registered it on WD on March 4 2020. The portal shows my registration date and that the warranty expired on Feb 2019. What’s with that?

As the drive fails the diagnostic test, I suspect that the drive is faulty/malfunctioning.
