Partitioning a 1 tb mypassport ultra

I just bought a 1 1tb passport ultra. The sales rep said I could re-partition it as 2 partitions. Cna I do this and how would i do that.  I have windows 7 installed.

I would like to second this question. I registered to ask this but saw this topic instead of making a new one.

I have a 1TB my passport USB HDD, originally formatted to NTFS, I want to partition it so 250GB is reserved for NTFS, the rest is for FAT 32. Can that be done WITHOUT formatting the drive ? (It has about 200GB of data right now)
