I had to restart my drive and when I went into smartware it shows that I have some files that was not backed up due to some unknown problem How do you get those files backed up?
are you backing up in category mode, or files/foldes mode?
if the drive was turned off or disconnected before smartware finished backing up then, yes, you’ll have data that’s not backed up. and it will say for some unknown reason. when you reconnect the drive, smartware should find it and start backing up the rest of the files.
