I am trying to set up Parental Controls on my WD My Net N750 router. I turned on the feature, and registered my modem. I also registered all my connected devices to use within the Parental Controls site. After signing in and attempting to use Parental Controls all usage for all users gets blocked. I changed all settings to allow all access and not block any websites and I was still unable to connect to the web. Only way to be able to connect is to go back to the modem IP address and TURN OFF Parental Controls.
I have the latest Firmware installed (1.04.16) I also attempted to reflash the firmware with this latest version.
Current Configuration: Device Mode - Router … Connection Type - Static IP
