Parental Control question - Folder/File "BLOCK" or "ASK"?

I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but is it possible to have folders set for “ASK” for password as opposed to completely blocking the folder?

I have young children and don’t want them to access movies above their age, but it seems I have to go into the setup everytime I wish to view them and disble the folder lock before I can view them.   It would be nice to block folders and simply have the “Enter password” feature similiar to the internet based parental controls.

If this is not possible, I’d love to see it implemented… it’s a pain going into the setup all the time I want to watch a movie.

As far as I know, you cannot setup the parental control to “ask”, to deny access to a folder, it is block or not.

Now, this is a good idea, why don’t you post this in the Hub Idea lab, people can vote on this and WD will be able to see it.
