Pandora problems

I am suddenly having problems using Pandora on my WD Live TV Hub.  It’s hit or miss (more miss than hit).  

When I go to logon with my email address, it says “Sorry, this account is no longer active. Please contact Pandora listener support at pandora-support@pandora.com.”   After a few tries, it will let me through… but then it tells me either I have “no stations” or the “file format is not recognized.”

Any ideas what’s going on?

Anything changed since the last time it was working properly? 

Have you tried using Pandora from your computer? If it works fine I suggest you to reset your Hub by holding its reset button for 4 seconds. 

Not that I know of.

I ended up starting it from the Services tab (not Favorites)  and it has worked since I did that!   Thanks for everyone’s help.
