I live in Australia and using PAL/Region 4 but I’ve notice that my unit (WD TV Live) can’t be changed from NTSC to PAL format when I go to system settings. Why is this so?
Probably because if you’re connecting via Component or HDMI, it doesn’t make any difference.
It’ll only be an issue if you’re hooked up via Composite.
