Packaging of returned My Book Live from WD

After following WD strict packaging instruction for the returne of my faulty “My Book Live” to ensure no damage.  I receive my “new” drive today. Tossed in a box with 2 peices 1/2 styrofoam… geeeesh. They should follow thier own requirements that they demand on their customers! Lets hope this one works and didn’t get damaged in shipment.
