Outlook.pst

I read the information on the WD support about outlook.pst not backing up but I have another problem.  I confirmed what they said to check in the support about making sure the memeoBackroundService was running and set up and mine is.

My problem under the anywhere backup is that it backs up all my files and then gets to the outlool.pst and backs up to 66%.  Then, it goes to pending, then tries to verify the outlook.pst file and then starts the backup again.  it is like a circular loop and never stops.

Any suggestions?

Make sure that you have the latest version of Anywhere Backup running.  If so, then it should back up your pst file.  In the meantime, you ought to copy and paste the file to the drive.
