Outlook - keeps re-starting back-up

Hi,

I have two large outlook accounts on my laptop (windows 7, i3, 8GB RAM) (total 40GB), whenever I select email for back-up it constantly restarts the back-up process killing my laptops performance. Do I need to be more patient or does WDlivebook have known issues with this.

I could always manually generate the PST’s and save them across periodically?

you need to be more patient… smartware will do the backup automatically so just let it work.
