Out of Regions

hi,

I bought a total of 12 red NAS pro disks from Amazon, and I realized that 3 of them are giving bad sectors after 3-5 months of NAS usage.

I went to support and it says they are out-of-region, and can only honor 1 replacement, the 2nd one is subjected to approval, and the 3rd one onward is not possible

I like to find out

  1. what are the possible solutions for WD to honor the warranty for the rest of the disk ?
  2. what are the shipping address or RMA channels that I can use, I do not mind shipping them back to US at all, since I travel frequently to the states
