I have a Western Digital Black drive. It was bought in Canada sometime in 2016 and has warranty until April 2021. However I moved to USA. When I see the warranty for USA it says Out Of Region Warranty Status. Will I still be able to submit RMA in USA and get a replacement drive?

You should be able to get a replacement for this drive. However, you need to contact WD support so they can create the RMA for you since the warranty status is “Out Of Region”.
