We have a WD My Cloud 3 TB.
It is completely full with 2.97 TB in Other.
How do we free up this space?

Erm… try finding out what you have put on it, and deleting stuff you don’t need…
If you’re using WD Sync, look out for multiple file copies.
To go nuclear, you could do a Quick Factory Restore from the Dashboard, which will delete all user data, and users.
