After this “upgrade” I can not download complete folders anymore from the web browser.
Nor I can select multiple items inside the folder.
If you delete functions, you can not call this an upgrade.
So if I have 3000 files, what am I supposed to do? Download one by one?

Are you talking about using mycloud.com?
After making this post I signed into mycloud.com and had no problem choosing what I wanted from, select all to using the Shift key and Ctrl key to make my selections.

Ok, the 3 dots, not very intuitive (in my opinion), but still no option to download a folder as the old software did.
Or copy?
Look at my image again and you will see my mouse pointer (hand finger) pointing toward the three-dot icon to click on and get the drop-down menu. A click on Select All should provide a check mark on all items in a folder.
