I have a My cloud ex2 ultra running os5 that I received as a replacement for my previous my book live drive. Setup went smoothly and I first setup the mobile backup on my wife’s iPhone and it worked fine. Then I setup my android phone and it is not backing up all of my photos. It has backed up a very small percentage of my photos and the progress bar shows the amount of photos to backup but does not progress.
Has any one had success backing up 2 mobile devices to one drive? Does it matter if I have photos on the internal storage and microsd card that it is trying to backup?
