My EX4100 with OS5 is hemorrhaging space, and I’m not sure why. The thing chugs a lot, and I see the dashboard constantly say Generating Previews. I lost about 100GB while only putting about 200 new files this week. Also, the Network Activity does these constant and frequent RX blips. This is new. Not the hemorrhaging, but the constant network blips.

My Cloud OS 5 will generate thumbnail previews for all shares indexed when “Mobile & Web Cloud Access” is enabled on the share.The My Cloud PR2100 & PR4100 will show this message while generating thumbnails and pre-transcoding of video content. The Generating Previews message will appear until app-supported content has been processed to completion.
