MyCloud EX2 Ultra (8TB) running OS5 5.32.102. Anti-Virus Essentials 1.44 has not updated the virus definitions since September 15, 2025.
Clicked on “Update database, Check Update”. response is “Update failed. The online database is not available. Please try again later.”
Is 1.44 current, and supported, and are there AV definitions later than Sept15th ?
