OS 5 totally ruined my cloud

After updating to OS 5 i cannot do anything whatsoever with the drive… cannot map drive, cannot open it and cannot open dashboard… I might as well throw it away… anybody else?

When updating to My Cloud OS 5, did you opt-in to send analytics?
If yes, private message me the MAC Address of your My Cloud. It can be found on label
