OS 5 Dashboard issue

After upgrading to My Cloud OS 5 on my PR4100, i now see the following:

Warning : session_start(): open(/var/lib/php/sessions/sess_70804b855dbd7bca06f36207c02df7e6, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /usr/local/modules/web/pages/index.php on line 3

Warning : session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /var/lib/php/sessions) in /usr/local/modules/web/pages/index.php on line 3

Not sure what caused this or how to fix it… any assistance is greatly appreciated. Many thanks

@aakash1 : can you try accessing the browser in incognito mode and confirm if you are seeing the same isuse?Are you able to sign in to the dashboard?

Same issue…

Since the upgrade I haven’t been able to sign-in via the dashboard. I tried a 40 Second Reset , but that didn’t work either. :frowning:

…could this be a firmware issue: I’m not sure if I was fully updated on that :thinking: ?

Did you have SSH enabled? are you able to access it in the terminal ?
