Order paid but doesn't appear in history

Hello.
I just bought this item (2tb black, applied 20RECERT code) and during the payment process I got an error with the credit card, so it didn’t complete. but I have checked my card movements and there is a charge from WD and still the order is not appearing on the order history. Is there something I can do to get the either a refund or the product?
