Open firewall ports

While checking my firewall security I discovered that ports 80 and 433 were open.

Resetting the router to factory defaults close these ports.

I don’t remember opening these ports but wondered if my MBLD had done that automatically when I previously enabled web access.

Can anyone confirm that this may have been the cause?

Yes, that’s very likely if your router has UPnP enabled…

Thanks Tony,

I did notice that UPnP was enabled as well.

I’ve now disabled UPnP and closed the ports and will wait to see whether I get any issues.
