Only ever runs wd software

hi guys,

this is driving me insane, my wd passport works 50% of the time. when i plug it any port it will come up with the do you want to run wd software cd or view files and whenever this happens i try time and time again and can’t see my actual wd passport i want to put files on it >:( how do i get this to stop happening someone please help?
