I can access My Cloud from my Mac however I can only connect to it as a guest. When I click on connect as, and select my name from the drop down it asks for my password. No password I enter is valid and when I reset and enter new password I still cannot log in as a user only guest. I check from the dashboard I am listed as a user but still cannily log in as a guest.

I don’t know about a Mac but on my Windows using OS5 on my WD My Cloud I have to enter a password to open the Dashboard. Are you the administrator? Why do you want to sign in as a guest? Are you able to provide images of what you are trying? What do you want to look at?
