OneDrive linked with Mycloud X2

Using the Mycloud app for IOS under Manage Services I am trying to insert OneDrive. When I press the Insert OneDrive button it tells me that it is already added. However I cannot see the contents of my OneDrive. I can see my Dropbox but not OneDrive.

How can I resolve this please?
