I too am having the same problem. I can’t even access my account information from the portal. When I click on the WD Support Portal link I get this error as well (screenshot). Any links from there take me to Microsoft’s page. My guess is there’s something wrong the the Azue server you’re using? Either way I can’t add an address to my account or submit my RMA.

Thank you for providing us a screenshot of the error. This appears to be an old version of this page. I went to the link on the support.wdc.com header and it took me to the correct/current/working version. Do you have the link to the page where you found this old link?
