hi guys…i have my cloud system … when i use it remotely the download and upload speed is too slow my internet conn. speed is 60Mbps and downloading speed whin i download smth from my cloud is 45kbps … any ideas ???
What is the UPLOAD speed of the broadband connection the My Cloud is connected to? How are you determining that the transfer speed is a problem? Are you using MyCloud.com or if not what software program? Are you transferring a large number of small files or files that are large? Is any QoS being employed by the network router at either end of the connection? What does the My cloud Dashboard Settings indicate for a remote connection, “relay mode” or “port forward mode”?
There are a number of factors beyond just the broadband speed that can impact or affect how fast one can upload/download remotely to or from a My Cloud.
