How would i back up my cloud ex2 that i have in my office to the one i have at home. With out a VPN?

cloud backup will do it. You need select remote backup and setup the home as backup location.

Ensure both the devices are connected to high speed net for both upload at office and download at office for effecient synchronization. the setup form will look like below.
