Offline uncorrectable sectors

Hi there.

My home server is running at Linux (4.4.0-101-generic)
When I install the WD3200AAJB-00J3A0 drive I got SMART message once a day:
(message will be sent in 24 hours if the problem persists)

The following warning/error was logged by the smartd daemon:
Device: /dev/sda [SAT], 3 Offline uncorrectable sectors
Device info:
WDC WD3200AAJB-00J3A0, S/N:WD-WCAV24015904, WWN:5-0014ee-101e116e7, FW:01.03E01, 320 GB

Running smartctl -t short /dev/sda and smartctl -a /dev/sda : No Errors Logged
But reports: 198 Offline_Uncorrectable 0x0030 200 200 000 Old_age Offline - 3

Western Digital used to provide their hard drive diagnostic tools only Windows ?
Or can I use Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS Version: v5.27

Is this SMART message what to worry about?

Hi : Jorma Hytonen

Backup all the Data off the Western Digital Blue WD3200AAJB 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache.

Download Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS (current version 5.27)

Follow the instructions to create a bootable USB.
Turn off you computer and remove the sata power connector from all the hard drives.
Connect the hard drive that you think may be defective.
Turn on the computer.
Set your bios to boot from a USB device.
Type dosdlg.exe

Select WRITE ZEROS TO DRIVE and do a full erase.

It should take about 2.5 hrs depending on the computer (2 to 2.5 hours per tera byte).

It not only erases the hard drive but it also checks to see if it is working properly.

if the drive is defective it will come back with an error code that WD support wants for a RMA.
