Offline in all apps but TimeMachineBackup Accesible

I’ve had my My Cloud Home for a couple of years now and recently it appears offline constantly with a slow breathing pulse on the white led. This is across all apps. Web, Mac Desktop iPhone.

I’ve been sent around in circles following the support guides as it keeps sending me back to the new install solution of a hard reset.

Can’t do that with over 2tb of data.

The drive however does mount and appears over the WiFi connection for the TimeMachineBackup and is readable and writable for that section.

So nothing physically wrong with the drive so has to be a software issue right?

Downloaded the logs which is over 276mb in a zip file. Lots of deprecated code warnings etc… but can see it’s obviously trying to talk to the my cloud severs.

Not a code expert by any means.

I just want my data back and currently kicking myself for not backing the drive up, which I have been meaning to do for months.

Any ideas?

Have to say I’m disappointed with the lack of support on this issue. 4 days of opening a ticket and no response.

This type of issue would entice me to look elsewhere for my storage solutions.
