Off Loading everything off WD Mycloud

Hello.

I’ve come to the end of my patience with this device.
Done!
I’ve tried removing files via wireless, direclty connected on the same switch, and va USB. Years of flailing to get this thing to work consistently.

File tranfers timeout, and when they do transfer, it takes forever to complete. There aren’t enough hours to remove all my files off this device. Now I can’t even access it after a rare successful transfer. PoS.

Does WD offer a service where I can just send my WD Cloud to them to relocate data to a different drive?

@Ekrz44 Have you tried cut and paste to move your files to the device you want them on? Try a few files first and see how that works, but, make sure you have a backup of those files first.
