Hi everybody,
My recently bought Skull Canyon doesn’t play nicely with TowerRAID TR5M-B USB3 RAID box. It works fine until restart. On startap Event Viewer gets numerous Warning message
The IO operation at logical block address 0x62ad80 for Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000053) was retried.
and storage device is not recognized by system. I need to start and stop it, run chkdisk (that doesn’t find any problems) in order to make it work again. And it continue to work flawlessly until next system restart.
Also I need to mention that another USB3 external disk enclosure also connected to this system works perfectly fine
Same RAID box didn’t have any problem with my previous NUC D3410WYK.
My current configuration
NUC6i7KYK
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2133
SSD: Crucial MX300 M.2 2280 275GB
TowerRAID TR5M-B box running RAID5 with 5x3TB disks
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
