The notification icon keeps showing that it is syncing even if the notice is it’s up to date. This just happened with the windows 1903 update. It’s annoying to see that the Icon will not stop the bar under it from constantly moving. I never had this problem before. Yes I uninstalled sync twice and reinstalled it.
Need the sync program updated.
