I have had nothing but problems with my passport since I purchased it. It seizes up everytime. Is this common? I thought I might delete what I THINK may be stored on there and return it to the store but I can’t even get that far with it. Somebody please tell me it is user error and I didn’t spend this much money on ■■■■. Help please.
I also have a lot of problems since I bought that HD. It keeps on crashing when I copy data from my computer to that thing!
I am really disappointed
Incase if the drive is connected to the Laptop, then try to change the USB port and also make sure you are connecting the drive directly to the System’s USB port not to an USB hub. And also try on the different Computers to make sure, if the drive works.
