My laptop needed a rebuild, and since then, I cannot backup to mycloud. I had to load Acronis true image, and that seems to be the problem. It just refused to talk to the drive. I have checked my username & password, and they seem to be good. Acronis seems to see the Mycloud, but won’t back up.

Any help much appreciated.
