I’m hoping someone can help me with this. I have a Fujitsu scanner attached to my desktop in order to capture business docs. It works fine but it is important that my Passport Drive back them up. When I go into that “backed up” file on my Passport, I am not seeing them. I don’t know if they are going somewhere else on the drive or just not being backed up. The file is targeted for back up. I also don’t know how to force a manual backup.
Does anybody have any ideas here? It would be greatly appreciated.
