Not showing up on desk Mac book pro

My passport ultra dosnt show on my desk, I get the the wd unlocker with the disc symbol, I type my password, then nothing.

Please help

This may be due to incorrect password, that’s why drive is not getting unlock. It must be necessary to use unlock drive using password otherwise need to erase drive if want to use drive again.
