Hello i purchased a p10 game drive awhile back to use with my ps4, now that i no longer use the ps4 i would like to use it on my pc to back up files, the problem is that it doesnt show under “This PC” so i cant transfer files. it shows under device manager.
does it need to be erased? and if so how is that done. i read these were formatted for use with ps4, windows, and mac. thank you in advanced
In some cases, storage device is not properly connected to computer and it cannot be recognized, for example, there might be something wrong with power supply, cable or USB port, etc. Hard drive capacity is unallocated. Disk is not enabled in bios or device manager.
