Not seeing newer files on PR4100 through browser or iOS app

Is there a way to refresh, reindex or keep files up to date on IOS or any browser? I have tried restarting, using different browsers and anything else I can think of. Please help!

I have not seen this issue. In the app you can try to pull down refresh the list. Have you verified the files exist in a file explorer or finder window? Does this issue occur on the OS5 website? Or just the app? You could try to reboot your NAS.

I have tried to reboot and nothing. I have tried turning off remote access and turning it back on and it is currently reindexing. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for the reply.

Sadly no, I got an email it was escalated, but nothing as of yet.
