Not seeing newer files on PR4100 through browser or iOS app

Is there a way to refresh, reindex or keep files up to date on IOS or any browser? I have tried restarting, using different browsers and anything else I can think of. Please help!

I have not seen this issue. In the app you can try to pull down refresh the list. Have you verified the files exist in a file explorer or finder window? Does this issue occur on the OS5 website? Or just the app? You could try to reboot your NAS.

I have tried to reboot and nothing. I have tried turning off remote access and turning it back on and it is currently reindexing. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for the reply.

Have you fixed this, I have the same issue.

Sadly no, I got an email it was escalated, but nothing as of yet.

If you open the developer tools in your browser, do you get lines upon lines of red errors:

Their website is utter rubbish, full of bugs and they have no idea, they clearly don’t log errors to get things fixed when they break.

Don’t bother telling them about this, they won’t do anything as they are useless.
