Not receiving wd2go registration email

As the title says, I have my my book live set for remote access, and I every time I try to register, it says that it’s successful and that I should be receiving an email shortly with instructions. I have tried this with 2 seperate email accounts and have never received the email in either case. One of the reasons for purchasing this network drive was to have remote access, so I’m a liitle annoyed by this. Everything is set up to what the instructions says, and I know that the emails are not going to the spam folder. Anyone else experience this?
