Not playing .iso file, while still playing other .iso's and I can't differentiate between the files

Anyone have any good ideas on checking an iso’s compatibility?  It plays all my .iso’s fine except for a few I just added.  I seem to remember using magiciso to convert one a while ago and I’ve messed around with it, Saving it as a uif, converting it, extractiing.  Any tips?
