Not loading movie infos automatically after usage of NAS (Gen3 1.15.10)

Hi,

last week i bought a Zyxel NSA 325 NAS. It is my first NAS so I am not so good in this.

Now i have a few movies copied to the NAS and recognized that the movie information are not loading automatically. The WDTV is generating the Moviedatabase, after that the is the message “Getting Movie information”. But there are no xml or metathumb files generatet on the NAS.

If i’m getting the information from one single film manually, then it will be created, only the automated process is not working.

Under the media library setup i added network sharing to the library und my video input is medialibrary, not media server.

Hello, try selection the option to clear the media library, also check if you have the latest firmware update installed. Check page 55 of the manual for more information.
