My box can read the titles of what is on my memory stick but is not loading the videos. I have tried several and none of them work - even though they all played perfectly before. What can I do?

Ugh… That’s one where they put the MODEL NUMEBR incorrectly. The model number is actually on the P/N section near the serial number.
Anyway, it is most likely a Live Streaming Media player.
Your best bet is to hook it up to your home network (with internet access) and let it update automatically. Yours is so old it may take quite a few steps to upgrade to the latest.

It is a WDTV Live streaming media player I checked the firmware and it is all uptodate. But the green circle continues to go round and round when I try to play any videos on my local storage USB sticks even though it can read the titles.
