My hard Drive WD Elements 1042 750 GB Find The Attachment is not working.

Hi, have you tried a different cable? A different USB port? A different computer?

They don’t have any software program to address and fix the drive. This is not the first time hearing this and my advice because Western Digital won’t offer any solutuions is to STOP buying any of their USB drives here the Elements, Passports, the Cloud etc. because they are junk and the number of complaints here certainly proves they are junk… STICK YOUR DRIVES where the sun doesn’t shine WD…!
